Just waiting on the MX records to be updated to make the final transition. So far I have been able to export / import our current blacklist and whitelist addresses along with the autowhitelist. I am currently in the process of migrating over to the complete online solution. I have been using MailEssentials on our Exchange server for three years now and have been very happy with the results. They offer a full-featured trial, so it's worth checking out. The interface is far from even a basic web mail solution, but good enough to at least keep business running. The other benefit is that MailEssentials will queue your mail if you have an Exchange server meltdown and my staff could all log into their GFI accounts to manage their mail in that case. I love the fact that all of the crap is removed well before it enters our network, so the bandwidth is reduced. I inherited an aging Exchange server and did not want to complicate things with more software, so I was looking for something hosted from the beginning. Since I was already shopping for an upgrade to Microsoft IMF, a three-year deal on the MailEssentials was a decent savings over the competition. About 6 weeks after I got set up with that, I got an email from VIPRE offering 50% my initial subscription to the MailEssentials Complete Online. I think we got a good deal on the VIPRE pricing (cheaper than the Symantec). I also find it is much easier to manage and auto-install. It caught quite a few problems that the previous Symantec Endpoint Protection did not.
